Picnumo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Picnumo Android app and the picnumo.app website (together, the “Service”), operated by IZUMIQ D.O.O., Partizanska 10, 17500 Vranje, Republic of Serbia (“Picnumo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1 The Service
Picnumo lets you submit individual photos for automated AI analysis and receive scores, descriptions and hashtags, keep successful analyses in a private album linked to your account, and create shareable Picnumo cards. Features may change over time; we may add, modify or discontinue parts of the Service.
2 Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3 Your content
You retain all rights to the photos you submit. By submitting a photo, you grant us the limited license necessary to operate the Service: to process the photo for the requested analysis, store the compressed copy and results in your private album, and display them back to you. We do not use your photos or results to train AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must have the right and any necessary authorization to submit the content you upload, including authorization relating to other people shown in a photo and, where required, from a parent or guardian. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or depicts anyone in a way you are not entitled to share.
4 AI results are automated opinions
Scores, vibe descriptions, hashtags and other outputs are generated by automated analysis of visual content. They are subjective, may be inaccurate, and are not statements of fact about any person. They must not be used to make decisions about employment, credit, insurance or other significant interests. The Service is provided for personal, entertainment and informational purposes.
5 Credits, ads and subscriptions
Analyses consume credits. Credits may be granted for free, earned by watching optional rewarded ads, or included with a paid subscription. Credits have no monetary value, are not transferable, and may be subject to daily or other limits that we may adjust to protect the Service.
Subscriptions are billed exclusively through Google Play. Prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Google Play store; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund past periods except where required by law or by Google Play’s policies. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
6 Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse, disrupt or overload the Service; attempt to bypass technical limits, security measures or credit rules; use automated means to access the Service; reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law; submit content that is illegal, hateful, or violates the rights or privacy of others; or use the Service to harass or harm any person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
7 Intellectual property
The Service, including the app, website, branding, design and software, is owned by IZUMIQ D.O.O. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own content and the rights expressly granted to you, no rights in the Service are transferred to you.
8 Termination and deletion
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app, or as described at picnumo.app/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or protection of the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.
9 Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IZUMIQ D.O.O. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
10 Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. We publish each new version with its effective date and notify users of material changes in an appropriate way. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you reside. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in the Republic of Serbia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
